That's crazy For a buck this is a better deal all day, and a quick rinse and it's clean. or just peel the paint off after it dries.

Duct tape making a funnel works much the same and you can toss away.

Paint stir sticks are "free" too, but rarely do they have any at my local HD when I need them…I'll drop $.99 and keep this for a rainy day.

Home Depot doesn't have these for the five gallon pails. They have them for the gallon size.

Anyone else get a "courtesy credit"? I was ording one for .99 and getting .99 as courtesy credit making it free. Tested two max courtesy credit is $1.55. Paid .47¢ for 2.

I have poured a ton of 5-gallon buckets as a residential and commercial painter. The last thing i want is another thing to wash off. You still need to open the bucket to stir the paint first.

I'm not saying you are wrong, but knowing how to properly pour a five gallon bucket of paint is a different thing. Most people don't understand that it is counterintuitive. they probably get the big ole glug glug and slop stuff all over the place trying to pour into a paint tray.

I've done a lot of painting, but I am buying them for the hydraulic fluid for my tractor. I buy that in 5 gal buckets with pour spouts. I should probably buy a pump, but I don't have to change the fluid in it all that often.

That's a fair point on the fluid or even oil, hadn't thought of that.
