Last time I purchased items from Columbia website, it got lost in shipping and they refused to refund me or send another package. They told me I would have to create a new order and pay for it again. Because of that, I will never buy from this company again.

I bought both the jacket and vest of this for me and gifts for others and was incredibly disappointed in this "castle dale" product. I missed return deadlines and they charge for it too. Crap product. I've seen way better fleece jackets of this style at target for half the price.

Turned me off Columbia. I won't buy this brand again.

I bought a jacket from Columbia but it got lost in transit and they reordered one for me right away.

I've had nothing but good experiences. Columbia seems to be targeted pretty frequently in these threads. Yes, they charge return shipping ($7 flat fee?) but so do plenty of other retailers like Lands End and Sierra.

Defective is defective, they will send you a label for it, but you might have to use the phone (it's that one app at the bottom that looks like a deformed banana)

Fleece jacket is very thin and somehow large.
It works perfectly as a pajama.
