Hard to find the real price of an M2-pro right now.

14" M3 Pro 12 Core CPU 18 Core GPU w 36 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD for $2650
Is the first one (this Costco listing) just a way better deal than the second one? If not, what factors should I consider in making a decision on which to buy here? Any help/thoughts appreciated. From what I can see the processor speed/power is about the same based on CPU Benchmark, but then this Costco deal has a 30 Core GPU, vs the other one having a slight bit more RAM and being the newer chip version (maybe slightly valuable for longevity).

I think for the price, the M2 Max deal is the way to go.

compares to the base M3 (non pro)?
The M2-pro still seems to be selling at ~$100 *more* than the M3. Is it worth paying that much?

In-store they don't match the online price. You have to buy and return I think.
Link above has been blocked for some reason just google Costco online price adjustment
