I always see the Samsung Odysseys get recommended over these, but these seem to as good if not better on paper. How come?

The G9s with NEO in the name also have full array backlighting with 2000 or so zones so you have much better blacks and contrast. Regarding the regular G9's (not NEO or OLED), i don't know what makes them any better for the money. But then again, the G9 at Costco is roughly the same price, and you can get it even cheaper through Samsung with EDU or EPP account, so maybe that is why?

Regarding the KVM, it does have it, but not like a traditional KVM. Instead, if it is like other LG monitors, you have to install software on the computers to allow it to work with 2 computers. However, like the KVM's that are actually in a monitor vs stand alone, it does allow you to work on both computers at the same time without having to switch over.

My only problem is that I am not sure my company will allow me to install the software, and I don't have adminstrator privileges.
