I have this watch and it is a solid beater watch. It does have that signature Timex "tick" so don't think you'll be leaving this on your nightstand. $30 is a good deal.

Be aware that the OP lists two products but the description is only accurate for one of them. The Green/Black/Cream model comes with a green 20 mm *nylon* strap. Also note the strap style is different (like a NATO style). It says "fits up to 8-inch wrist circumference," but I found the strap to be about 10" in length, resulting in excess material if your wrist isn't at the upper limit of that.

I own this watch and it is solid. The ticking is loud for a watch if that matters.

I have this watch in a different color. Midsize and worry-free. As good as it gets for a $30 timepiece. Looks as good as more expensive watches I wear. The indiglo is fun in the dark. Leather strap swaps easily for a NATO.
