A YMMV post I know, but I have seen these at my local Walmarts (3 different stores) on clearance for $299 with several on the shelf. I know that there is possibly a new one coming out later this year, but thought I'd still post it for those that may be interested.
I cannot confirm if it comes with Mario Kart 8 or not as I didn't see it on the box, but doing a search shows it may be a holiday bundle with the game.
