Costco has the Torin 45" 3-Drawer Workbench with Hanging Cabinet on sale for $199.
I was seriously considering buying this for the $449 price a couple of weeks ago. But now I'm thrilled that I waited.

Costco also has a deal right now where if you buy more than one item with Costco direct, you get further savings. I bought two of these work benches for $300 with the deal.
