It would be prohibitively expensive to ship it assembled.
Most of the reviews talk about the assembly process as well.

Search Google and you'll see on other deal sites this goes on sale for $159. The YouTube videos shows this has been $199 for 3 years now. Mixed reviews on how much weight the cabinets can hold.
