it has never taken me more than a minute or 2 to chat with someone and get a refund. maybe 5 minutes at the absolute most

Only received 1. I did the robo Help chat and noted missing items and was given a choice to replace items or full refund (no return needed). I figure Amazon will just send me "1" jar if I asked for replace, so did the refund.
