The issue is about re-writing history to marginalize former favorite characters or heroes or idea/idologies to cater to a newer, vocal specific movement. Nobody would care if a bunch of new heroes representing a more-diverse "universe" were introduced, it's when everything that came before is laughed off, brushed off, or condemned as being 'wrong'.......the issue isn't about inclusion, the issue is it always seems to turn into revenge.

Having said that, cool, free game!

Fantastic game. I have about 60 hours, it is a reminder of Civ2/3 witha a wh40k skin. Great for just "one more turn" marathon sessions.

Isn't it funny that those who preach inclusion exclude those who don't see things the same way they do? Essentially when people are preaching about tolerance yet are intolerant about those who are intolerant.

another way of looking at it might be that nothing lasts forever. If people stop buying a product (for whatever reason) maybe the product should end.

I'm not talking about condemnation or right and wrong, i'm talking things that should or should not last forever.

Some of the reviews for this "free" game are not so kind:

"Oh its just 1 DLC to complete your army. NO! its 3. Reinforcement, Fortification and Assault. Nearly $6CAD each. I don't mind that there are only 2 ways to win a game. Kill everyone else or quests. I can't recommend a game that splits your army and puts part of it behind a pay way."


It does not appear to be free ...

The only way to truly be inclusive is to identify that which is evil and wrong and exclude it. And then include everyone is not trying to do wrong... We have to have a standard to protect people is all.

lol. Same here. But judging by the posts I guess in older games the faction with dark skinned characters use to clearly be the bad guys in the game. But now they changed that.

And some people are unhappy with this change. While other people are upset with those who don't like the change. Can't we all just be friends? lol
