For 100 calories you get 17 igrams of protein. Compared to something like nitro tech where for 150 calories you get 30 grams. Usually the standard is 120 calories 24 grams protein. This seems light on protein
Yes Marcos has been a bad hombre
17 g of protein? Is this the shrinkflation someone told us about?

I dont think macros are terrible, its just the serving size is small at 17g per serving. You do get 90 servings per 5lbs so similar to other whey concentrates. This is a concentrate though, so still some fat and sugar (lactose) compared to isolate

Instead of calories, I would go with weight to get a better sense of protein value per cost. Serving size is 25g, and 17g is protein, so only 68% of the content is protein. For comparison, reputable brand products like Dymatize are around 78% protein on average. FYI, Nitro isn't all that great either. It's 72% protein. So yea, at 68%, this is a bad product. With that said, the sales price of $30 per 5lbs makes it an economical deal for some.

You basically said the exact same thing just in a different way. I used calories cause if you aren't into a fitness lifestyle it's the easiest way at a store to get a idea about how much protein you are actually getting. Some proteins like nitro for example have added creatine which can factor into the grams calculation and not the calories calculation. I mentioned nitro cause I saw it here last week for 10 lbs for $60 which is same price point as this bodytech.

You can always do a search for stores near you and do free pick up if they have it in stock.

You do realize that 1 serving is 90 calories right? Other proteins are between 120-150 calories per serving.

That's just not true. It's 100 calories for the one on sale. Your magically erasing 10% of the calories. I think your looking at the vanilla which isn't on sale
