This adapter disconnects more than a moody teenager. Unlike a moody teenager, atleast you can return this adapter. Not worth it for me in the two cars I gave this a chance in.

Seems that quality control may have taken a dive with these. I bought one when it first got released and have had no issues with it. Sorry to hear about the bad experiences some are having.
