It's a great deal. I'm not into fashion or big brands but purely from the practical standpoint it's a neat bag. The top zip is a great advantage (I really don't get the bags that don't zip up, tbh), especially when traveling. Cross-body is best when you need to run across the airport but handles are useful to hold the bag close while rummaging in your carry-on or putting stuff in the airplane seat. Red color is very cute.
I wouldn't recommend buying purses as gifts, unless you're very sure of someone's taste, but I think this one may have a broader appeal. Also, it's a steal for a leather purse. (Cue the comments about how leather is murder and such.)
