Cheap bastards couldn't make it at least 3-4 days
Not happening sony. I'll never buy another sony product after that ridiculous PS+ price increase. This is coming from someone who has owned every single playstation since the ps-one days.
Can anyone comment on any past offers like this? Im hoping they're feeling the losses of non renewals due to absurd fee. Theyll keep selling us a $2 bag of chips for $5 as long as we keep paying

They're not selling enough PS5 consoles, probably see a drop in price soon. Hopefully get a deal on ps plus deal hopefully.

SONY just recently said themselves they arent happy with console sales have missed targets and will usher in the end of the cycle earlier because of it, they have lost over 2 millions subscribers and even though they are making more money due to people feeling pressured to buy the higher tiers if they continue to lose subs those numbers will even out.

And yet they raise PS+ subscriptions through the effing roof and wonder why they're losing customers... they have to be dain bramaged if they can't see the connection here.

Where do you see the 2 million drop in subscribers? I don't see it in the verge article. Genuinely just curious. I'm one of those that dropped ps plus after the ridiculous price increase and have no plans to return. F Sony.

btw its not looking as promising overall going forward in this subscription space its not just sony but overall they still plan to see profit this fiscal year
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/ar...-ps5-sales

seems like people are starting to push back with subscriptions i bet Amazon prime will see a decline due to them adding another tier
at this point thats they only way these companies can make money take something away you used to get as part of the subscription in order to introduce a new tier that includes it.
ads will all but certain make their way to every single streaming platform in one form or another

They almost had me again the past 2 weeks with them offering $79.99 12-mo PS+ Extra for re-subscribers, but I held strong and once the 12th had passed I didn't have to worry about that offer anymore.

It was tempting, but nah…. They're not offering enough to merit the cost, and my buddies are too finicky with their online games and the minute I buy one and D/L it, they've dropped it and moved to something else.

Only thing I see bringing old customers back is giving us day-one AAA titles through the service.

Yeah, the price hike on PS+ was ridiculous. I definitely won't be buying the online subscription again anytime soon. I've been offline for about six months.
