I haven't played the decks personally, but from what I've heard they're not exactly competitive (or fun). I just got back into it after about 12 years, and it all depends on what format you want to play, but if you're looking at Standard (which is actually fairly dead these days), I'd suggest looking up some current deck lists, trying them out on Arena, then ordering singles from tcgplayer or something.
