I'm using one of these now after coming from a Mionix Avior 7000 gaming mouse and a Razer Diamondback before that. I love it. I don't have to worry about batteries or disconnection. I instantly got used to the ergo design (unlike my Kinesis Advantage2 which took a week to get used to). And it stays cleaner than my previous mouse. The build quality is great. I don't use the side buttons, but have used the quick adjust DPI feature. I like how quickly I can toggle between 3 devices. It's a little hard for the wheel to switch into free scroll mode in my opinion, but it still feels nice. It glides smooth with the full wrap around teflon. My cat has knocked it off my desk a couple times and it's fine. I haven't really gamed with it, but I hear it's not ideal. I definitely had to spend time dialing in the sensitivity (maybe there's a hair of acceleration still on it even though I thought I disabled it). Works well in Windows and MacOS, but installing their dumb app is helpful unfortunately. I played with the auto switching at the edge of the screen mechanic, but that's usually not my workflow, so I haven't done it much, but it was intuitive.
Edit: I forgot people said it's for small hands. I'm average male height, with slim build and long fingers and like it alot. The buttons are fairly large, so I doubt that would be an issue for larger hands. But the placement of the palm may feel awkward if you have large hands.
Apparently made for small-to-medium sized hands.
I got this a few months back for work. Didn't realize how small it was when I bought it. I have average sized hands for a guy and if I were to hold it correctly my fingers extend out past the buttons. I have to curl my finger back quite a bit to use the scroll wheel. I'm still using it, but wouldn't buy it again because of the size. Especially for the normal $89 price. Definitely not worth that much. No issues other than that.

Be advised that Lenovo requires a signature for even small deliveries and their estimated delivery dates are not accurate. So, if you are not going to have someone available to sign, it may get returned to them.
I got this mouse from this deal...great mouse -- but the scroll wheel has a REALLY loud squeak. Not sure if that is normal for this model or what. Lenovo is now sold out so not going to be able to exchange. Anyone ever heard of/ experienced this?
--- Yeah the mouse is defective. And Lenovo refuses to replace, I can only return it. Coupon code no longer valid
