Know nothing about these but always wanted to try one. Is that price inflated or is this really a crazy good deal?
Combo of both somewhat. Previous posts were getting thumbed up in the $90-$100 range, so does appear legitimately slick. Best Buy[bestbuy.com] has a list price of $200, and selling for $160, so is inflated some on Amazon (pretty sure that's the same, just another color.).
Eh sure why not. Cheapest googled is like $100 and that's for kids and half the specs. Funny based on the review where they got it free it wouldn't charge. No harm if it doesn't work, just return.
These things are extremely difficult to use, if you want to fall get one of these. If you want a great "hover board" get a Segway. Yes they are more expensive, I have a Segway and it's rock solid. I use it to zip to the mailbox. I'm 63 years old and have never fallen off or even felt like I was falling off. It took my wife about 10 minutes to learn how to use it. I think even at this price it's a waste of money. But that's just my opinion.
