Saw that the eufy video doorbell (e340) and the floodlight (e340) were on sale. Been in my cart for some time now and I picked up. If you buy 3 products, there is an additional 10% off. I got 2 floodlights and 1 doorbell for $477 before taxes. I saw the eufy's own website also lists these items as on sale if you don't want amazon.

I have the E310 and have been fairly happy with it except for intermittent connection issues which I attribute to the 2.4ghz wifi band. Would love to upgrade to a model with 5ghz but I don't believe this supports it either. Any suggestions?

I remember seeing a cheap WiFi extender deal in 2-3 weeks ago

5ghz allows for higher speed, not better connection. the higher the frequency, the less penetration power it has. so if your system isn't working well on 2.4G due to range, it won't even be able to connect on a 5G.
but yes, i think they support only the 2.4G at this moment.

own multiple eufy products. This is the best out of all of them, it works well. As for their flood cams, they suck. Thier software kinda works but the cameras are a joke. Tech support is just a listening post, the software has a ton of issues and they never get fixed. So buyer beware and take some time to read their forums including the reddit. You will see a lot of the issues.

Actually I believe the problem with my 2.4ghz band is congestion. I have lots of smart lights and switches which are all stuck on 2.4ghz. making it difficult to get a reliable video feed.

There are issues, however the issues are less than in comparison to the other options out there like Ring, Wyze and etc. I've got. Numerous older model cameras from them as well.
Mine came in today. It was starting to rain when I got home, so I was only able to install doorbell. So far, I like it, but I'm getting some real bad feedback/echo on the doorbell. I have to get that figured out, as I had my wife "answer" the doorbell while I was outside. I could hear her fine, but whenever I talked, every word I said was repeated back to me through the doorbell. Tried multiple different ways to make sure it wasn't picking up a different source audio and no matter what I tried, the echo was there. It's late and I'm going to tinker again tomorrow, but the install and setup through the app was so easy as compared to other tech items I've tried. Fingers crossed …
