this is the same price on dell.com and it can even be had for a much lower price with 15% from cb site and $40 back from amex if you spend $200.

You can get a price adjustment from Dell if purchase was within 30 days from Dell. I got $25 refunded yesterday from Dell. Not sure if Amazon is willing to credit back if purchased from Amazon - I guess you can buy another one at this price and return it under previous order if it's still within return period.
Worth a shot

They are already here. My brother got this and it's amazing for $279 it's selling so well it's been hard to get your hands on even..https://www.rtings.com/monitor/re...c/q27g3xmn [rtings.com]
Whoah thats crazy just looked it up, it even does true HDR10. Its only 336 zones but its still crazy value for an HDR10 high refresh VA panel thats already really color accurate out of the box. I don't see it available at too many places online right now, but thats nuts if it really is in the $300 range. Amazon has it sold out, dont see anywhere else w/ it rn.

What a great time for monitors -FINALLY. I paid $500 for Asus 24" 144hz 1080p tn monitor in 2018, then $500 for Asus 27" 165hz 1440p IPS in 2022. Now a superior monitor in terms of srgb%, ports and USBC is available in a much less clunky package for less than half of what I've been paying.

I can only hope that it won't be long before true HDR with individual local dimming is standard at the $500 range.
Paid $250 for my ACER 24" TN 144 Hz DVI monitor in 2014.

Is it any better than the LG 32" one which usually comes at $169 time to time?

I'm telling you, i was super impressed. It's his first gaming monitor, once I setup the hdr he was like OMG! Haha and I was quite jealous his sub $300 monitor whips one I paid double for lol. I'm going to wait it out for at least another year as these get better but for sub $300 imo it's a Best Buy right now

Is this the best gaming monitor i can get for $200 or less? I'm using a 6700xt if it matters, currently have a super old 24 inch AOC 1080p monitor, and honestly it not that great

I originally bought from Amazon last week. I wish they'd just price match themselves. I hadn't opened it so instead they'll be getting a return. Great monitor by the way. I used the predecessor for years without any problems. 2 year ago this would be thumbs up x 10000. We are just spoiled right now with cheap gaming monitors

Yes. The LG is VA panel and pixel density will be worse at 1440p on 32"

Got mine yesterday, backlight bleed is pretty bad and haven't checked for dead or stuck pixels yet. Considering an exchange already and definitely will if there are pixel issues..

It's got display port which is faster anyhow. You mean for console gaming? HDMI 2.0 will do 1440p to 144hz. Not 💯 sure if it still has bandwidth to do hdr as well but then again current consoles only max at 120hz. All that said, it would be nice to have yes.
