Update - Got a follow-up from Chewy and, to sum it up, they bolded the other select items part of the conditions and said the items were excluded even though the brand wasn't explicitly listed. Guess I'll have to buy a whole bunch of cat food instead, and then turn around and use the $30 egift card to get the litter anyway.

Items that can be used towards the required $100 are identified by a green bar with "spend $100 get a $30 egiftcard" on the item page. Items that are not marked with that do not count towards the $100. That is in the promotion details
So if I spend $100 and use a $30 GC they will still give me a $30 gift card? Or do I have to spend $130?
