Anyone having any luck getting the $499.99 price? When I head over to the page, I can see it's on sale for $499.99, when I add to cart and checkout, logged in, it still reflects $599.99. Doesnt seem to be working here.

Check Best Buy, same price. I think the exchange site might be mis coded.

Thanks, I can get it at $499.99 as well through Apple directly, but if through AAEFS, I'd get this tax free, so hoping they fix it.

Spoke with chat rep advised to call CS directly. Contacted CS, they'll ask for the base model item number and confirm their system reflects it is not on sale, and is indeed still $599. However, if you ask the rep to search for the product M2 Mac Mini, it comes up as the first result, and does show the Sale price of $499. You can also have the rep navigate to Deals > Apple and scroll to the 3rd line of the grid listing, which also shows it is on sale for $499. From there the rep may offer to adjust the price to $499 for 1 purchase only. The discrepancy has now been forwarded to the appropriate department to view, but the sale will end at midnight tonight, so call in if you want that base model. I spent about 30min+ on hold til I got a live rep.

Please guys, be courteous and respectful to the rep, they can only go by what they see in their system and it's not their fault there is a price discrepancy on the website.
