I'm thinking about buying at this price point, but my question is why the hefty original price tag? These kind of remind me of less posable R.E.D. line figures, so is there something I'm missing?

Super7 is expensive because they brand themselves as boutique. 3.75" figures are 19.99-24.99, 7" figures are $55, so $85 kind of makes sense for 11" although there are close to no accessories and very limited articulation. I buy the 7" ones when they go below $20 and I jumped on this at this price, but the MSRP is well known for being ridiculous.
