Hmm. Tempting. Any reason why I shouldn't? If at the very least I get the 4080 and part out the rest of the PC. Currently using a rx6800 w/ a 13600k

One of the lowest prices I've ever seen for a 4080 machine. Other than the warranty, seems like a heck of a deal.

It says new. Then it comes with a 1yr Dell warranty. Not sure why would be otherwise.
Even if it doesn't come with one, you can still buy warranty from Dell directly and still would be an amazing price

Damn was too late. I hate alienwares but for the specs this was really good considering the 4080 is a 1k card
