This is more a okay deal if you get the 10% off. If your going to use the 14700f for work, and gaming I'd say this is a slightly better deal than if it was just gaming.
All and all its a decent+ deal, perhaps I'm blinded by the really nice case
If your fine with running dlss or fsr for 1440p/4k in a few years if the 12gig vram becomes an issue, this system will last you a while and then you can upgrade the gpu, the system has got a good 1000 w psu.
Also check your CC offers, sometimes you get additional credits/rewards for buying dells.

Maybe R14 and below. But they fixed the airflow on R15. And I know, because I've had one sitting next to me for a year. Barely any heat/fan issues at all compared to R14, R13 and before.

It was terrible. The cooling was particularly awful, even with the liquid cpu cooler.
I sold it. Learned how to make my own PC instead.
