Own v8 and v10, a no brainer for the price difference as the suction power is very noticeable. Getting to v11, however, feels like hitting diminished return with the price gap.

If you can spend the extra get the V11 suction power is amazing. Mine came in looking like brand new.

I have ordered twice thru refurbished dyson, both came looking brand new... (packaged in brown box tho)

Is there that much of a difference between v8 and v10? Eyeing the v8 for the hard wood floor head which seems to be difficult to find these days

I purchased a V11 from this seller about a year ago. Luckily I bought the Allstate Square trade warranty because the V11 Animal purchased started falling apart about 8 months in to use. Despite their name they are not associated with Dyson, I contacted them through the time I had the vacuum with numerous problems. We had a Dyson V8 that we bought through Dyson 7-8 years ago and it's still going strong. I'm not sure if it's just the sellers "refurbishment" process or what but the V11 was crap, plastics falling apart, loose fitting pieces, suction loss and the trigger gets stuck down and won't turn off. I would avoid or get the warranty. Allstate just sent me a check for full paid price of my purchase.

Wow they are not Dyson's official ebay page? I always thought it was just another channel to sell.

I also saw some through Walmart marketplace from Dyson. I wonder if that is official either

You misunderstood. davidgarnerjr means that warranty is not provided by Dyson.

The seller was official Dyson.
