Have read. Not bad, but essentially boils down to, "Your brain doesn't work when you're angry or scared. Chill, bro."
Currently reading this now. It's not bad. It's not mind-blowing either. I would almost consider it 'light reading'. It's good to hear the stories and anecdotes and it might reinforce some beliefs you might have or are trying to achieve. I'm about 80% of the way through. I'd give it a 3/5 based on what I've read thus far.
