I'm happy with this one for a fraction of the price I bought 2 of them!

I received my speaker today and it is dead on arrival. Does not power on, doesn't take a charge, totally unresponsive.
Customer service is processing this as a warranty replacement, so I'll probably get a refurbished unit now.
I was also told it would take 14 days from when they receive the failed speaker to when I'll receive a replacement.
I cannot speak for the sound, but the quality of the product and customer service leave a lot to be desired.

Companies should be willing to take care of their customers better than that. I've learned that the unfortunate reality is sometimes, you have to make them do the right thing.
Hit their bottom line and see if that doesn't change how they respond
