Lately, I've been having to message them after I receive my order because the credits aren't being issued automatically, I guess. Happened twice already

Costco: Normally $24.99, now $19.49 (sale ends 2/25) for 12 rolls (101 ply each)
Amazon: $40.55 (after the $10 credit) Ć· 2 = $20.28 for 12 rolls (113 ply each)
With Amazon you get 12% more ply with a 4% higher price so Amazon is the better deal here. As long as you consider the promotional credit equivalent to cash.
Unfortunately I don't have the time to go back to Costco to return it or space to store 24 rolls so I'll take my loss.
