I have one that was a little higher than this price-point, but that I suspect is quite similar. The fabric has held up so far (about a year and a half,) as have the back cushions; in fact, because of the density of the seat cushions (at least on the one I have) they have kept their shape pretty well under my bulk. These couches tend to be quite stiff to sit on, and the depth of the cushions (from front to back) is about 4/5 what you'd want to be truly comfortable if you're tall. The armrests are functional but brutal if you want to lay on the couch without a pillow. I'm super cheap and have cats who won't let me have nice things so I'm living with it, but couches in this price bracket are, in my opinion, best reserved for college kids in their first apartments or rooms in houses that don't get much use. I wouldn't recommend these couches as your "main" couch unless it's the one that fits your budget and you really need one, or if you're a small person who likes sitting on the home equivalent of hospital furniture. That's not meant to sound snobbish...for the money, the couch looks nice and is functional. It's just not the couch you dream of sinking into after a hard day's work.

Did you hear about the Corduroy couch that person fell asleep on? No? It's making headlines!

They vary greatly since Wayfair sells products from different brands/manufacturers. At these prices, it's likely going to be a "you get what you pay for" situation, so I'd keep expectations managed. If you're considering a purchase, I'd suggest looking into the reviews, especially the negative ones.

These look like great prices. How is the quality of Wayfair sectionals?

Agreed. I find that sorting the reviews by most recent is your best bet.

Honestly the quality is not bad. I got something similar in gray 6 months ago and it's still in good condition. Wayfair support team is great too. I had issues with one of the sections where fedex dragged the box and ruined the backside and they ended up refunding me for the full couch. I would suggest you keep an eye out for the delivery people. They don't ring the bell and usually leave them outside where it can get affected by the elements.

I'm sorry because this seems like a great deal but the particular sectional pictured is the worst sectional ever made. Short backrests, hard as a rock, fabric starts to wear out almost immediately. I wouldn't take this for free.

Bought one (different sectional) few years back, ended up selling it after few weeks of use as they were very uncomfortable. You get what you pay for.

The 97" Wade Logan Aristotele looks like a great deal but I've never purchased a couch online before. I think it says 40 off a 250 purchase too so maybe I'll give it shot. Anyone have any issues with delivery from them before?

Bought a similar one of these from Wayfair a few months ago. Keep in mind the warranty is either 30 or 90 days. My frame broke after like 35 days...

Maybe get the warranty in this rare case.
