Free offer shows up in apps messages. Do not click the "x" to exit the messages as that actually DELETES the message. So now I don't think I have a way to get the free pizza. I inadvertently deleted that message when I thought I was just exiting the messages screen. I'm contacting pizza hut but that's poor if that message is the only way to redeem offer and they don't let you know that x is to delete the message

Seems to be similar to domino's emergency pizza but instead of medium its large.

qualifying order - So what menu items are eligible for this qualifying order criteria?
Why not they just give straight forward coupon and done with it, rather than all these goofy conditions.

This isn't your fathers "Pizza Hut" pizza anymore. Also, I tried to order using the 40% off "Menu" prjce code last week. You're better off going elsewhere. It was so convoluted and wouldn't give you the discount on the whole order. Apparently, its only good for the FIRST pizza. We said screw them and ordered elsewhere. Much happier. Do better Pizza Hut.

Finally a little competition from the pizza joints. In my area it was getting to the point that only very mediocre deals were available. For 2 months straight my papa John's only had 1 deal availabile and it was a large order bundle (something like 5 one top med for $xx)

Pizza Hut rewards has been a disaster for me. When I log into the app my rewards have never shown and I just get an error message. When I try on the website when I go to the rewards page it just keeps making me log in. I got an email saying I earned a free medium pizza but can't actually redeem it.
