I Avoid Pizza hut for this crap of fee. You can get a large pizza at Dominoa for $ 7.99 without the extra bullshit.

First it's because it's eaiser for them. Then it catches on an you gotta pay the ai who auto generates videos of humans making pizza. In the future could be an extra surcharge if it makes a video of Brad Pitt or someone making your pizza too. Almost can't wait for robots to fire the corporations who made them
What the nonsensical f*$k?

Never have been charged a service fee. Must be just some franchises. The only extra charge I pay is ($1) for the large pan pizza they sell for 9.99 (for traditional).

We have the service fee in California. I imagine any state with high minimum wage and rent will also have service fees. It's not exclusive to the Hut either. You should see Taco Bell, they just add it into their prices. The 5.99 build your own cravings box are 8.99 in Los Angeles.

qualifying order - So what menu items are eligible for this qualifying order criteria?
Why not they just give straight forward coupon and done with it, rather than all these goofy conditions.
We ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas with 3 toppings last night, using the $12.99 coupon in the app. We ordered one pizza on one phone and used the other phone for the 2nd pizza. This morning I woke up and we both got an email stating our free pizzas were ready. So if you and the spouse have 2 phones and need 2 pizzas, you get 2 free. The restrictions on the free pizza are:
Valid for 15 days, offer can be found in your Account on the Pizza Hut App. Free pizza is a Large 1 Topping Hand Tossed or Thin Crust pizza only. Extra charge for extra cheese, extra toppings, Pan, or Stuffed Crust. Specialty recipes are not included. Delivery minimum required. Delivery fees and taxes are separate. Delivery charge is not a tip

Should state it as a "coupon for free pizza on future order", had me all excited that I was going to get one of my two pizzas free tonight.....
It does state that! Also, if you use 2 phones to order the 2 pizzas, you'll get 2 free for the future. That's what we did.

Dominos cuts the corners using cheap ingredients.
100% FALSE!!
I worked at Dominos for 3 years in high school, made night manager and then general manager. I was offered to go into the franchise program and owned my own store for another 3 years in Leesville, La.

Our food truck came once a week and contained 100% real mozzarella cheese in 5lb bags, real pepperoni in 5lb bags, tomato sauce in #10 cans with Domino's proprietary blend of seasoning mixed in, 100% real beef crumbles in 5lb bags, Italian sausage in 5lb bags, black olives from Spain in #10 cans, Anchovies in #10 cans produced in Italy, our green bell peppers and onions came in large grocery store cases, but later we switched to onions already chopped in 2lb bags. Our garlic butter blend that we spread on the crust was from Land O Lakes and it came in a 4lb tub. The pizza dough came raw in large flats with about 8 balls of dough per flat. We had to set the dough out to rise and then pat it out ourselves the the pizzas.

For each 1 topping large pizza we would use 40 pepperoni and 30 on a medium. This was changed right after I went to work there as Dominos only used to add 24 pepperoni on a medium and 32 on a large. Because of customer complaints of them being stingy around the year 1992 or so, they changed it to add more pepperoni. As far as cheese goes, for a large we used one cup. Our cheese spreader adds 1/2 cup on top of the sauce, then we add the toppings and then another 1/2 cup of cheese was added on top(1cup total)
If you ordered extra cheese, they add one more 1/2 cup. So your not actually getting double the cheese, but Pizza hut has the same measurement as I went to several conferences with pizza hut managers as well.

I don't work for Dominos anymore as I went to school and chose another career path that I had a passion for, but people who say they use cheap ingredients, have no idea because they have never worked there or seen the product packaging. I've actually even been to the Domino's factory where they make the dough. I still have friends that own and manage Domino's stores. Now to be honest when it comes to chain pizzas, even though Domino's was good to me, I prefer Pizza Huts Pan pizza the best. It has more garlic flavor to the crust and whatever seasonings they use in their sauce, tastes better to me. My wife prefers Papa Johns for some reason, so it really all boils down to personal preference.

Pizza Hut rewards has been a disaster for me. When I log into the app my rewards have never shown and I just get an error message. When I try on the website when I go to the rewards page it just keeps making me log in. I got an email saying I earned a free medium pizza but can't actually redeem it.
It's been telling me to redeem my points for breadsticks for 2 years when I don't even have enough to redeem!!

Can the free pizza reward be used to get the Hot Honey pizza? Even if it costs a little extra, just wondering
