You shouldn't even need a gpu for Plex. The igpu in the 8700 is more than capable of multiple 1080p/4k streams. Unless you need AV1 support
They do, code is WOW5820DELL

from what i can find online, the motherboard has 4 sata ports on it. You could make a pretty nice media/plex server out of one of these with the p2000/p2200 quadro cards if you aren't transcoding 4k.

Do these use standard ATX power supplies?

I wonder if the 5820 has a 50% coupon as well. Much more robust platform with xeons and usually a very beefy PSU that could handle a 4080 no problem

Just depends on how many remote streams you need. I used to run a p2000 with a 7700k and it would struggle a bit. P2000 fixed that.
Now I run a 12600k with just the igpu and it blows the p2000 away

I'm sitting here right now using my 3630 I bought in early Jan. at this same price. Very pleased. Ordered a grade B and the only blemish I can find was a small insignificant scuff on the top. Upgraded to Win 11 and installed an older HDD with no problems. I'm not a gamer or anything fancy, but my wife needed an upgrade for all the Adobe graphics work she does.

The Quadro P2000 is in between a 1050ti and 1060 in performance. Not going to run Starfield at 60 fps but surprisingly good for an included card...

Could you run a Pal world or other game server off one of these?

Looks like it should have room for 3 3.5" HDD and has an NVMe slot. Run the OS off the NVMe and 3 12 to 18TB drives with a GPU if you want for more transcoding streams and it should be good for a while.
