I've had this machine for 6 months now and it rocks, but the lint filter is horrible. So much lint and dog hair get into the cooling coils and inside the machine. To remedy this BEFORE YOU EVER RUN A LOAD go buy the primary filter strip kit from homeguysolutions.com or make your own watching his YouTube if you don't wanna drop $50

also I got mine scratch and dent for $1800 all in

Got this in the Costco deal about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. So so convenient, saves energy. 2'20" for a load with "extra dry" on. We have toddlers and a baby and it's so nice to throw a dirty sheet/pajamas in before heading out and coming home to them being clean. No more, "Did you remember to put the clothes in the dryer?"
I don't trust any appliance Samsung manufactures. They always come with great features, only to break down months if not after a year or 2. Not worth it, I'd stick with GE.

Love the concept but can't help but to think about how hard it is to find a knowledgeable service tech and like with combo ovens, instead of being out 1 machine I'm out both.

On the flip side, we bought this to replace a stackable unit where the washer broke. With the stackable unit, you either have to buy the same washer or a new set to make them stackable again.
I will say we bought this GE unit 6 months ago and have been happy with it so far.

With the 'buy more save more' promo that's currently ongoing, the price comes out to $1,750 in cart & not really 1,999. Maybe the post needs to be updated to reflect that.

The Samsung Bespoke version is better in just about every way, the clothes come out dry and the coil cleaner works better. The GE microban seals are the only thing it does better.

Also have had this unit since the Costco deal and we are very happy with it. No need to pay attention to when to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer. We can just throw them in overnight. Being ventless is great to keep the AC efficient. And using a 120V outlet frees us the 220V for something else.

We've had this type of washer/dryer combo since 2005. Have loved them all (3) and they have been built better each time. Our newest is a Samsung so can't speak to this one, but the convenience will make me never go back.

Came out to $1750 + tax for me so try adding to cart to see if you get the same.

My deal alert paid off! Very excited.

Yup, super hot deal at Home Depot. There's an extra $250 off $1999. Making it $1750 before taxes with free delivery. OP you should include that, will get a lot more eyes

Having one doesn't do you a ton of good without the other anyways though lol
