I ordered the samsung version of this, wish me luck. I decided on that because this one has lots of complaints of extremely long dry times and the lg piles up hair in the door seals is you have pets.

Does anyone have a costco membership so they can check the price currently?

Costco doesn't seem to carry this model right now. MSRP on this went up like crazy since the initial introduction.

I'm curious what did you end up paying for it? I bought Samsung one as well, bespoke all in one. Samsung had some sort of employer (in my case gov.) discount on 15th and I ended up getting it for $1649 before tax. I wanted to post the deal after receiving confirmation but after I did price went up by $330. There might be some wiggle room in chat but now it shows $1979.

Do they charge for take old one away and how much? Do they charge for installation and how much? Costco does it free. I got washer and dryer simple Maytag out the door $1249.88. don't need fancy stuff to wash clothes and dry.

Its been out of stock for a while

I just bought this at Home Depot ($2000 but I pricematched to $1975 via chat)
Discover currently has 5% cashback for Home Improvement.
+ My local water utility has a $85 rebate for this model.
+GE appears to have $100 rebate (EDIT: nvm doesnt apply to lowes, home depot, bestbuy)
https://www.geappliances.com/cont...Rebate.pdf

Not the best deal - Costco had this around $1850 last year.
BUT Costco doesnt have any stock and I need a washer right now.

I've heard that the all in ones are pretty awful. You can't put much in them if you want them to wash and dry. I know the ventless dryers you need to "snap" your clothes when they're done to get them to feel dry. I love the idea of replacing my washer and dryer with two of these for low maintenance clothes washing. But the negative reviews are killing me, and pretty much everyone seems to say you should only use these if you don't have room for two units. Just to be clear, this advice is for 2 in 1 washer dryers in general.

I'm not sure who you are talking to about these but a quick review revealed:
Lowes - GE [lowes.com] - 4.5 stars / 90% 4 or 5 stars / 4200 reviews
GE website [geappliances.com] - 4.6 stars / 90% 4 or 5 stars / 3800 reviews
Home Depot [homedepot.com] -4.6 stars / 89% 4 or 5 stars / 4200 reviews

That's 12,000 or so reviews all telling basically the same story. These are really well liked generally. So long as you know what you are getting into I don't see any red flags that are out of the usual. Ratings are in line with other top-performing stand-alone washers and dryers.

We ended up pulling the trigger on this, hopefully don't regret it. Got Bray and Scarff to price match plus the 5-year warranty for $340 which if you don't use will be returned in the form of a store credit (expires after 12-months). Did install for $50 which you can get back in a rebate and then GE has a rebate ($100 for this model) running through 6/5.

~$2500 out the door but $150 back with rebates and then $340 back if we never use the warranty. Doesn't seem too bad.

Same here. I ordered the Samsung when it was $1649 via EPP. Reviews look good so far hopefully is reliable like the Samsung fridge I have for 6yrs. The lint filter design is better on Samsung and LG

Rebate says Home Depot and most other big box stores are not eligible
