I did buy the Costco deal on batteries last year but that was like 2 of the 4Ah batteries for a bit over $200. I don't recall a deal for 2 batts + tool at a lower price.
If you are already on the greenworks 80v system this is a great deal is you can use some extra smaller-capacity batteries. (I have had one go bad after several years and don't think it's covered under a warranty -- someday I might try doing a repair myself but you might find buying replacement cells will cost more $$ than buying a new one especially at these prices. And rebuilding your own battery-pack isn't east or quick. plenty of info on how to do it, and I already have the spot-welder in case I ever decide to give it a try.)
EDIT also wanted to add that the 4Ah and larger batteries are a lot heavier and larger than the 2/2.5Ah ones. So if you are using for something like a blower or string trimmer, you probably want to use the 2 or 2.5ah. I did try a 4Ah battery in my older 80v blower and it sticks out a few inches further and definitely weights quite a bit more. So it's a matter of the "best fit for the job" and maybe in this case bigger isn't always better.
