Walgreens, staples, Vistaprint - etc... all do this for about the same price and have coupons all over the internet... I use them often, this MSRP is bloated!!!!!
I've purchased from them before. Twice. Most of people who are not happy is due to uploading low resolution images for a large canvas, the result is an image that is not so attractive. Be sure to upload a high quality image with strong colors and you'll get a good turn out.
That may be true and the customer should bear some responsibility for that, but the website should also give you a warning if the picture's resolution you are uploading is too low for the size you are wanting. It shouldn't be too hard for them to implement that. Most people that use these services probably doesn't have any clue on how image resolutions work.

Thank you! I should comment now: I took the risk. The prints turned out extremely nice. I did an experiment and got prints from my Canon R10 output (JPEG) and wife's Galaxy S20.
It would be very hard telling which picture came from which. The per pixel quality is very good, and color matches what I expected.
The sheen/glare is a bit much for me, but my wife loves the look, so that's just personal preference (I like matte finish more).
I will order from them again, especially when these deals pop up. Shipping went from China to India to California to Home.
EDIT: The metal is like sheet metal -- thin and light. I wasn't expecting such a thin metal, but on the plus side it's very light and you can hang the pictures with 3M tape.
