I have not either, so I did a little bit of searching, scam detector gave it a 38.5, out of 100. So I personally would stay away, and not gamble with them.

Unless there are other significant upgrades, there is nothing the iPad can do that would require an M3 chip.

This company has had many Frontpage and Popular Deals here. I myself bought some clearance new hard drives from a previous deal and had a issue not with them but with Fedex or UPS, and I was able to easily talk to PC Connection and get their help. I don't know about their reconditioned items, though.

Yeah, there was an HDD deal from them (a price error) some years ago and I received mine in normal condition. I only bought one because I felt bad for what they were going to go through with that pricing error. It was actually my first time purchasing from them lol.
