Amen! I returned an AOC mini led, they received it back in Jan, I've been lied to by 7+ reps telling me they would give me my refund, then leaving the chat, to have to explain over and over. The shipping tracking/history even disappeared, and one rep acknowledged, yeah we received it, yeah the refund was "issued" oh "check your bank" to a reply of you never cancelled the payment plan, and I was just charged again!!! Still waiting feb 25th for my money back. Amazon is terrible now for anything expensive
I mean its gotten down to 300s before, so yeah I am definitely waiting for a better price too.

The biggest issue with Amzn lately is getting used items when you order them as new OR fakes. Depending what you buy. It's become a huge huge issue.

Dang. I return so much to Amazon I was worried they were gonna cancel my prime at one point. Just dropped 3 things off on Saturday and refunds hit as soon as the UPS store scanned them in. Haven't had any issues yet.
same here, returned more than 10 items at my local whole foods store in last shopping season (bought maybe 50+ items) and always receive refund before stepping out of the door, Idk why people always complain about amazon but imo overall they are better than other online retailers by a big margin.
Weird, Amazon for me has always been rock solid, idk why but I returned a pellet rifle twice because it didn't shoot straight and got a refund fairly quickly. (Ngl I think it was user error but yk it is what it is). I have refunded a headphone amp, headphones, speakers, and books. I have no idea why that would be but best wishes to ya
Man same, I am awaiting a return for a laptop I never even received!!! I ordered it, no one was here to sign. I canceled the order after I didn't get it and told them to send it back. They did. Never sent me my money and it was past the 30 days when they said they received the laptop. And now they won't refund the money at all...
