While I can't speak to the Solis Barista Perfett, I have ordered an open box machine and grinder from SCG and would recommend it. The espresso machine had some scuffs but it was around normal wear areas so I feel like they were inevitable.

I bought this a week or two ago. It's okay but I don't feel like it gets hot enough. I run a couple blank shots through to warm it up, but that's sort of a pain and you end up dumping the drip tray constantly.

For the price it's a good deal but I do find that irritating.

This is good info to know. If you were to buy one again, what would you buy? I am tempted to buy this on listed just because of the price though.

I just had my second cheapo ($100) espresso machine crap out on me so I just pulled the trigger on this. I'll let you guys know how it's works out. I went with the Solis Perfecta, came out to $202 with tax and free ship.

Got my Perfetta Plus yesterday and it works perfect. The accessories are nice and feel high quality. Tastes great. Hopefully it lasts a long time
