Yes I have not got pokemon cards from them, but they have a different return policy for them. I did order 3 board games in 2022 from them and it was packaged like Fort Knox. It was so good that I wrote them a letter to their customer support on their shipping and packaging. A+ vendor.

Not very knowledgeable about pull rates. Just started bc my kids started collecting them but could someone chime in on the pull rates. We have gotten the palean, violet, paradox, and obsidian booster and after like 15-20 boosters pks on each, we started to get very few new cards and even less rares (ex) cards. We have orders 2 of the zenith etb which people say have good pull rates but we haven't open them. Are these similar to zenith. If anyone have information it would help with my decision. TIA

Secret to 100% pull rate? Stop exposing your children to gambling and just buy the singles you want.

Pull rates are awful, there's a reason why the top cards are expensive, because they're incredibly rare. Don't buy booster packs expecting to land anything. I learned my lesson, and you are too
