Eligibility: The Marriott BonvoyĀ® Sweepstakes to See Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, DC, Mainland China, Macau region, and Taiwan region, Japan, South Korea, India, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Ireland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Mexico, Argentina (excluding Mendoza, NeuquĆ©n, Salta, Rio Negro, and Tierra del Fuego) & Canada ("Eligibility Area") who are Marriott Bonvoy Members and at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence (whichever is greater) as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates ("Administrator"), Taylor Swift, Firefly Entertainment, Inc., and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For residents of France: Telecommunication and access expenses corresponding to the time of connection for participation in the Sweepstakes have been evaluated at the flat fee of 0.50 Euros per Entry, and shall be reimbursed to any on-line entrant requesting it via email to [email protected]. If you claim reimbursement for these expenses, you must provide a telephone bill demonstrating that you do not benefit from unlimited access. An incomplete request for reimbursement or one sent to the incorrect address will be invalid. You must submit reimbursement requests within two months (60 calendar days) of the Sweepstakes end date. Reimbursement of connection costs is limited to one participation by an individual (same first name and last name, same postal code, same age). Postal fees incurred in sending supporting documentation will be reimbursed upon request, provided they are requested in writing as set forth above, and are within the limit of the lowest postal fee applicable to a letter of 20 grams or less.
Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrant's social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor's image and reputation or entrant may be disqualified.
Selection of Winners/Odds: Winners (as broken out below) will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator (at its office in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings and winner verification. The odds of winning a prize (each, a "Prize") depend on the total number of Entries received for each drawing. There will be two (2) separate drawings for one (1) winner each as follows: one (1) 3 Countries, 3 Concerts Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible Entries (excluding those from Mainland China due to the restrictions by local law) received by 11:59 PM GMT on June 1, 2024; and one (1) Vancouver Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. There will be 248 Tickets Only & Welcome Gift Prizes, broken out as follows: 87 Local Prizes; 99 Regional Prizes and 62 Global Prizes (as specifically described in Rule 6 below) from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing by each deadline date for each Concert date. Drawings will be conducted within 48 hours after each drawing deadline date.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone (to obtain their email address) and must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and notified, time permitting. Potential winners in Canada must answer correctly a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. If a potential winner fails to return the required document(s) within the required time period, or the Prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing, time permitting. All Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum of two (2) alternate Prize winners will be selected for the Prize offered, time permitting, after which time the Prize will remain unawarded.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
Prizes, Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") in USD and Concert Date Chart: (1) 3 Countries, 3 Concerts Grand Prize (not available to residents of Mainland China due to the restrictions by local law): The opportunity for winner and one (1) travel companion to see the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in Europe (Vienna, Austria), the US (Miami, Florida), and Canada (Toronto, Ontario). Winner will receive 3 separate 4-day/3-night trips for 2 people; including round trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home to each location, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), a pair of concert tickets for each concert in each country on a Sponsor-specified date, and 3 Sponsor-specified Marriott Bonvoy Welcome Gifts. ARV USD$19,497. (1) Vancouver Ultimate Concert Experience Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, to see the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour on a Sponsor-specified date, including round trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), a pair of concert tickets and a Sponsor-specified Marriott Bonvoy Welcome Gift. ARV USD$5,899. (248) Tickets Only & Welcome Gift Prizes ā As follows: Global Prizes (62 ā 2 per Concert date available to all entrants); Regional Prizes (99 ā 3 per Concert date, available only to entrants who reside within the continent where Concert is hosted, except for Milan Concert which will have 6): and Local Prizes (87 ā 3 per Concert date available only to residents who reside in the country/region where Concert is hosted, except for Milan, Italy, which will not have any Local Prizes): Two (2) admission tickets to see the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour on a Sponsor-specified date (the "Concert") based on the chart below and a Sponsor-specified Marriott Bonvoy Welcome Gift. ARV USD$1,099 each. Air transportation and hotel accommodations are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of each Tickets Only & Welcome Gift Prize winner. Each winner must be a Marriott Bonvoy Member. The total ARV of all Prizes is USD$297,948. Limit one (1) Prize per person/household. If a winner declines a Prize that they have been notified they are a potential winner of (and they forfeit that Prize), they are still eligible to be included in the drawing(s) for any other Prize. 3 Countries, 3 Concerts and Vancouver Grand Prize Terms: Travel must take place on the dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the specified concerts or Prize(s) will be forfeited. All fees and expenses (such as passport, visas, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the travel Prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Certain restrictions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winners and respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip(s) subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companions must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to winner's country/region of residence). Winners' travel companions (or winner as parent/legal guardian of travel companion if he/she is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence and winner's child/charge) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. If a winner elects to travel or participate in the Prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of Prize. Prize winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued passport with more than six (6) months before it expires, entry visa, if required, etc.) and travel on the same itinerary. Prize winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Winners and travel companions must follow any applicable COVID protocols at time of travel. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Prize winner's and his/her travel companion's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies.
In the event a Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engage(s) in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel or eject them from Concert (and any future trips/Concerts, as applicable), and send that Prize winner and/or travel companion home (at winner/travel companion's own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Prize winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in that Prize winner's disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any and/or all prizes). In the event a Prize winner or travel companion engage(s) in behavior on trip or at a Concert that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that Prize winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Prize winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE/TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER'S OR TRAVEL COMPANION'S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
Concert Ticket Prize Terms: The offering for sale, selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of any Prize, or any portion thereof (e.g., Concert tickets, airline tickets, gifts, etc.) to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winners and void Prizes that appear to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Concert tickets may be subject to Concert ticket issuer's standard rain-check and cancellation policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, accommodations, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of each winner. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor or Administrator. By accepting the Prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the Concert ticket issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not make use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if Concert is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of Prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem Prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of Prize or portion of Prize after it has been delivered.
Overall Prize Terms: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. U.S. Prize winners will each be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of Prize.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the Prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Selection of Winners/Odds: Winners (as broken out below) will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator (at its office in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings and winner verification. The odds of winning a prize (each, a "Prize") depend on the total number of Entries received for each drawing. There will be two (2) separate drawings for one (1) winner each as follows: one (1) 3 Countries, 3 Concerts Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible Entries (excluding those from Mainland China due to the restrictions by local law) received by 11:59 PM GMT on June 1, 2024; and one (1) Vancouver Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone (to obtain their email address) and must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and notified, time permitting. Potential winners in Canada must answer correctly a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. If a potential winner fails to return the required document(s) within the required time period, or the Prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received for that drawing, time permitting. 3 Countries, 3 Concerts and Vancouver Grand Prize Terms: Travel must take place on the dates specified by Sponsor surrounding the specified concerts or Prize(s) will be forfeited. All fees and expenses (such as passport, visas, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the travel Prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Certain restrictions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winners and respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip(s) subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companions must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to winner's country/region of residence). Winners' travel companions (or winner as parent/legal guardian of travel companion if he/she is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence and winner's child/charge) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. In the event a Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engage(s) in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel or eject them from Concert (and any future trips/Concerts, as applicable), and send that Prize winner and/or travel companion home (at winner/travel companion's own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Prize winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in that Prize winner's disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any and/or all prizes). In the event a Prize winner or travel companion engage(s) in behavior on trip or at a Concert that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that Prize winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Prize winner or travel companion as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE/TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER'S OR TRAVEL COMPANION'S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
Concert Ticket Prize Terms: The offering for sale, selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of any Prize, or any portion thereof (e.g., Concert tickets, airline tickets, gifts, etc.) to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winners and void Prizes that appear to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Concert tickets may be subject to Concert ticket issuer's standard rain-check and cancellation policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, accommodations, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of each winner. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor or Administrator. By accepting the Prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the Concert ticket issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not make use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if Concert is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of Prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem Prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of Prize or portion of Prize after it has been delivered.
Overall Prize Terms: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. U.S. Prize winners will each be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of Prize.

Unless you are a resident of a member-state of the European Economic Area, South Korea, or Switzerland, all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, including the marketing and promotion of the Sweepstakes ("Disputes"), shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the United States under the laws of the United States.
For residents of Spain: Nothing in these Official Rules shall be interpreted in the sense of limiting the application of articles 82 to 91 and 114 to 126 of Spanish Consumers and Users Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). These articles shall prevail in all cases over the Official Rules and the laws of the State of Maryland in the U.S.
Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Administrator and/or Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request, which Administrator will be bound to honor. However, you will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s). This is not a penalty ā it is recognition that in complying with any such request Administrator and Sponsor's ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Released Parties to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s).
