dang, after fee and factoring in the menu upcharge, this would only be worth it for me if I was willing to cheap the driver on the tip (which I'm not)
Says nothing about fees until go to checkout on the Free Delivery even charging small order fee and service fee if its under $10 sandwich

$9.89 Half Pound Roast Beef

Service Fee: $0.99
This 10.0% service fee helps us operate our online ordering service.
Estimated Tax: $0.21
Finalized tax will be shown on your order receipt.
Small Order Fee: $2.00
The small order fee applies to orders with subtotal under $10.00.

Shows $3.20 for Free Sandwich + Tip not saving much.

might have a small order fee of $2 if your order is under $10 (pre-discount), but you can avoid that by making your order $10 or more (duh), so it might be worth it to add another item instead of paying the fee.
