There's a class action lawsuit going on with LG fridges. Might be good to do some research.

definitely research. both Samsung and LG have issues with overdriving the compressor. found out the hard way. 1200, repair and LG paid 800 if it.

Never hear about Samsung compressor issues, as it uses a regular compressor unlike LG with linear cooling

Stay away, arbitration clause in every inch of the fridge.

Good god these comments are annoying. I got this fridge a year ago without any issues. I'm also currently a beta tester. It's a bit louder than my 15 year old previous fridge, but it holds set temp, produces ice in the door and in the pull out freezer. No dispensing issues. I've saved $20 on electricity a month since purchasing. It's also 2x the size of my previous fridge. I have the app, which will show me how many times I open the fridge a day and how much water it dispenses. The right door can hold 2-3 1 gallon milks on the biggest shelf. The only adjustment I would make if I designed it would be to not have a giant bottom drawer. It would be nice to be able to open it with one door open like the drawers above. Also, all fridges have bad reviews now. If you only pay attention to negative reviews you will never get one.

Are you attempting to use the word shill? No, I do not get any type of credit or compensation for my review. Nor did I get any discount for buying the fridge. They ask you if you would like to participate as a beta tester like new apps sometimes do. Do you go out of your way to leave a good review if your satisfied with the product, or do you do it more when it's a bad product? Another honest question is why are you on this thread if you don't have the fridge and have no intention of buying it?
