Roughly $150 more to get the 77" C3 over the B3 with recent deal. I think the C3 upgrade is worth $150.

I found the B3 too dim and returned it for the Samsung S90C for around the same price. Much happier with the S90C.

It's a matter of do you want brightness or Dolby Vision.

On one hand, in the most purist sense, you should have a light-controlled room, then brightness is not so important. For example, for most people, the only thing they watch during the daytime is sports, in which case, who cares about brightness. Or if you have darkening shades then it's a moot point.

On the other hand, some people would say they don't really see a difference without DV. Not the video purists of course.
