FYI - Do NOT buy the glass screen protectors for the s24 Ultra from this brand. I've owned probably a dozen or so Samsung phones throughout the years with the in-screen fingerprint sensor and for some reason, the ESR brand causes MUCH MORE failed attempts than other brands - even with extra sensitivity enabled and also reading multiple prints with the same finger.

I switched to a no-name brand and the fingerprint sensor works SO MUCH better now.

This looks like those crappy screen protectors with glue only on the black edges, that leave an air bubble between the screen and protector and trap dust between the screen and protector, which will drive you absolutely crazy. I used to have one a while back on my LG G5, and it was the worst screen protector I've ever used. I even prefer the plastic film screen protectors I've had to use with my previous S23U due to its curved screen, despite the annoying fingernail marks they're susceptible to. Avoid this at all costs, especially considering the S24U can handle traditional tempered glass screen protectors now because of its flat display. Make sure that the tempered glass screen protector you buy does NOT have black edges.

I thought the same of these ESR screen protectors but after install, enable screen sensitivity, and re-assign your fingerprint, these are great. Especially cause it has the black borders to avoid rainbow effect leak, not cause it only has glue on edges. They have full adhesive and are thicker and more durable Tempered glass protectors I've tried.

Tip: Do 2 fingerprints per finger, which helps avoid those failed attempts

40RZMX3M code doesn't seem to be working on the kickstand case.

Can you specify which kickstand case? I can double check. The S24 kickstand case is still discounting with code

I bought these screen protectors and they work just fine. I have to add the fingerprints after installing the screen protector. I did the opposite and it definitely fails reading your prints so I understand what you are saying. Installed screen protector, turn on sensitivity, then add prints.

Yes, I am fully aware of this. As I had mentioned, I register multiple sessions with the same finger. This is obviously AFTER it is installed - it wouldn't make any sense to do so before. Again, I've owned multiple Samsung phones with the in-screen fingerprint sensor (starting with the S10) and have tried all the different combinations on what works best.

Anyways, yes, these ESR glass screen protectors will work with the fingerprint sensor on the S24 Ultra for the most part. But if your finger is too slick, it will not register properly the vast majority of the time. With other brands, typically pressing more firmly does the trick, but NOT with this ESR model. You will get a LOT more failed attempts and it will be frustrating as hell as a result.

Sorry for the late reply. For some reason, I'm not getting notifications of people responding to my posts on SD.

But the glass screen protectors I'm using now are the amFilm brand. Never used them before, but saw the listing on SD and gave them a chance. They work much BETTER than these ESR screen protectors on the S24 Ultra. I believe it's because they are thinner.
