This is a dual sim phone. It has two SIM slots, one of them is a hybrid that serves as a microSD slot as well.

If you have to return the equipment after cancellation of Verizon line it defeats the purpose. If returning the device is part of cancellation agreement of Verizon then Verizon is no good.
It better to go with att as they don't require returning device with early cancellation and termination.

If you choose store pickup, does BB only activate the line once you show to pick up the phone? And it's a 3-day timer from that point?

Availability is low so my only option is to pick it up on Friday, which is obviously over 3 days away if they activate it right away.

Sounds like a scam. Never give anyone your PIN unless you initiate the PIN at that moment. If someone gets your PIN, they can take over your account.

Just wanted to update, I got two emails from ATT to "Finish Registration" to access my online account and "Set my passcode". Clicked on the buttons in the emails and did both of these. I can see my GV ported phone line in the ATT online account. Hopefully, the passcode that I set would be what the Loyalty Dept would need to cancel the line.

The only issue now is that ATT might send some OTP to the newly setup ATT number for the account. I might have to pop the new SIM card into another phone to just keep it active to receive OTP texts from ATT, just to cancel the line.
