Amazon gift cards is one of the options, which is pretty much like cash for me; I know it will get used. The gift card value goes up to $40, depending on how much oil you buy.
You can buy the oil from many retailers, but like the last deal, Walmart Online orders are not eligible. But pricing out Walmart prices, a case of
3x 1-gallon jugs of oil is $70.56 [walmart.com] right now, and you'll get a $40 gift card, which brings the effective price to $30.56.
