Great lights, haven't had to touch mine since install many many years ago. Wish it was the smaller set on sale, want to do the back of the house now,
Not sure on voltage drop that far from my existing volt transformer.

If everyone of my neighbors had these on the block, it would be such an improvement.

Do you not like them??

I was really holding out for the 13 piece for a while and was hoping it would go back to the $400. I read a post around here where he could just pick up 12 gauge wire and it will be fine for long runs and it had a run calculator based on the gage.

N41 Thx OP.

With the extra pieces I'll be able to light up a bit of my back yard as well.

So dang gloomy in my hood. I'd say only about 1 in 10 houses have landscape lights. A house down the way is lit up like what's represented on Volt's site, looks so much nicer.

Nope, the lights are great. My issue is with every house having the same landscape lighting, holiday decorations, gazebo, grill, deck box, patio umbrella, basketball hoop, plants, planters, etc. All the products are great, Costco just needs a competitor.

I don't want them in my yard...they're a good product though. Way better than the stuff you find on Amazon. So NIMBY does fit?

I saw someone recommend getting gel filled outdoor nuts to connect the wire to the lamps.

Direct bury connectors are friggen expensive!

I bit on 2 of these kits (I'll reallocate parts between the front and back yards). Was eyeing last year and waited too long. Crazy thing is that I ordered two kits yesterday - they're already at my house, delivered this morning via UPS.
