No throttle. 85nm of torque is good. But I'm curious how that works without throttle?
3k is very expensive, IMO. Doesn't show battery volts or amp hours on the specs.

Bosch is the best emtb motor on the market. BOSCH PowerTube 750 Wh. This is an excelent battery. Wh= watt hour This this the correct way.

Amp hour is a marketing trick for fools.

This is a type 1 emtb. It is allowed on many mtb trails.

Mountian bikers dont want a throttle. I would be more interested in this bike at $2000. This is one of few real emtbs on slickdeals. $3000 is reasonable.

Bulls brand and Copperhead line are proven solid bikes, and the price is excellent for the last generation Bosch motor and the top-of-the-line battery capacity. None of the bikes in this class have a throttle, nor do you need one on the mountain bike with a Bosch engine that has pretty much instant response.

If you are comparing Bosch to something like Bafang motor, performance and price wise, there are two different categories and don't have much in common. They are also targeted to different markets.

Do your research and decide for yourself what is suitable for your needs. Either way, this is an excellent bike at an excellent price.

Bosch definitely the best motor on the market. In our family we have a Bosch, Brose, and Specialized, and the Bosch is hands down the best.

Found it. It has a small 36-volt battery. Which makes it 20.8 AH. from my experience, that is approximately 60-70 mile range with PAS on a single charge. This is why I like the AH for any battery, including tools and ebikes.

nice deal! We've slowly been experimenting and upgrading our ebikes to match our FS MTBs, starting with ebikeling hub kits on old hardtails (AWD but tough on steep inclines). We are happy with our $2100 demo motorbecanes for now but may eventually splurge on a bosch middrive setup.

eBikes dont use throttles. its an eMoped otherwise. But this is a Chinese frame that I am not sure I would trust.

Most if not all high end E-MTBs don't have throttles, they are all pedal assist. They are made for serious bikers, not for leisure or street types.

This is a a great deal for a good brand & spec'd E-MTB at $3K….don't compare it with ordinary e-bikes at the $1k-2k range.
