It has 4.7 star rating with 82% of 5 stars, and only 2% of 1 star, but it's marked as "Frequently returned item". I don't get it.
I own it and like it a lot. My best guess is that it looks like it has a wireless charging pad on it but it isn't one, so people probably don't look into it, realize that and then return it.

It's definitely that people think it's a wireless charger and/or battery pack.
I took this as my primary charger on a work trip to Asia and it was great.
Side note: The documentation (at least at the time I got it) doesn't say it will work internationally on 220v but I wrote in about it and they confirmed that the USB transformer will work with 220v and the outlets will just pass through the voltage (as expected).
Biggest downside is the proprietary cable. Lose the cable, gonna replace the whole thing.

Thanks for the info about the cable. I wonder if it's possible to purchase cable with EU plug.
I had a couple of the USB ports die on my copy of this. Still, it was such a useful mix of ports/plugs that I bought a couple of the updated version (with LCD display), and they've been fine so far, knock on wood.

Great charger for travel. The block type chargers would keep falling out of the wall sockets. This has a detached cord that makes it easy to pack. Replaces the power supply/charger for laptop, phone and watch. Powerful and rapidly charged. Good deal.
